Can I transfer a gift card into another persons name? If you haven’t received any services for the package on the gift card, you can transfer the full value of the card into another persons name. Alternatively, you can increase the amount to another serviceof higher value.

What happens in my initial designer consultation? We meet with you at your project location to begin planing for your project. During this time, we discuss your inspiration images, questionairre, layout ideas and the vision you have for your design. Finally, we take measurements and photographs. This meeting usually takes 1-2 hours.

Do I get revisions for each design step? Yes! We thrive on guidance and love nothing more than creating a space that you LOVE. We need you to be upfront with us and are only too happy to revise each step of the design process with you before moving onto the next one. We base your initial design idea on our interpretation of your Kylie T Interiors Project Questionnaire and initial designer meeting. Subsequent design ideas stem from our collaborative revision of the previous idea.

Do you have a list of contractors you recommend? We are well connected and have a favorite general contractor, electrician, handyman, seamstress, and painter to refer local clients in the Middlesex Massachusetts area to. These are busy and very trustworthy professionals who will respect you and the priveladge to be working in your home. Booking in early always helps.

How long does it take to get my design? We work on your schedule! Typically we aim to have your final design to you within six weeks. If you need further revisions, we will provide them based on your feedback and then help you source alternative items. Our process can be expedited or extended based on your needs. Once we have nailed your final design, we will place all Kylie T Interiors merchandise orders for you. You are responsible for placing all retail orders. Please note delivery times for items can vary according to each vendor; we have no control over their inventory or shipping policy.

Can I keep my existing furnishings and decor items? Absolutely! As part of your Kylie T Interiors Project Questionnaire, you will be asked what items you’d like to keep. We can integrate your existing pieces into the new design. There is no sales pressure to buy new furnishings. Let us know what you want to keep and we can design your room around those items.

Do I have to buy my design items right away? Most clients can’t get their design items soon enough, so in this case, we’re committed to placing your KTI orders right away. To avoid missing out on sale prices and occasional limited stock, we do recommend you place your retail orders as soon as possible also. However, this is entirely up to you. We will re-source out of stock items up to one month after your design has been finalised.

Can I get samples before I buy? Yes, where available! When samples aren’t available, we’re happy to source alternatively from local retailers. Doing this can help you to see the item before you buy or make a free in-person return if an online purchase isn’t suitable

What happens if I need to pause my project? We understand that life can get busy and want to accommodate your schedule. If you need to put your project on hold, please contact us and let us know. If a project remains inactive for 90 days, it cannot be refunded and will be considered closed unless alternative arrangements have been agreed on by both parties.

How will you know what I want?
Your Kylie T Interiors Project Questionnaire, inspiration images and feedback will tell us. By completing our simple questionnaire, you will provide us with insightful information such as your style preferences, room goals, furniture requirements and budget. After carefully reviewing your information, we will ask you questions where needed. Once we’re satisfied we have all the information required, we’ll get to work submitting tailor-made decorating ideas for you to review.

How much does it cost for a room design? We work on an hourly rate for small design projects or a fixed rate for a room design.
